Here you will get the different notes on the Hotel management subjects, mainly Food & Beverage Production. Later on, I wish subjects like Food Nutrition and Food Microbiology, Food Costing, Hotel Engineering & Maintenance may also be there.” –

On December 2010 it has been started in the name of Gastronomical Theories. By the passing of time, with the addition of other subjects and topics, now in the September 2012, it is being remodeled and remoulded in the present address as Hospitality Study. Hope you will found this site useful as before. Its your love, which has gave it a new dimension.
